Newbury Stitch Fair

The Newbury Stitch Fair is the perfect venue for anyone – from novice to advanced dressmakers, patchworkers and embroiderers – to browse fabric and notions from suppliers that many of you will know from the national exhibition circuit.
Barnyarns, Geoff Rosenberg (Stitch Fabrics), Village Fabrics and Sew Mark Francis will all be selling products that you can see and feel before you buy!
For the knitters we have Brian’s Best Wools with loads of quality yarns to choose from.
Bookable workshops to extend your skills will include:
• How to read and understand a paper pattern
• How to insert invisible and lapped zips
• Getting the best from your overlocker
• Patchwork, Applique, Embroidery, Sashiko,
Mark Francis, who appeared in BBC’s Great British Sewing Bee, will be offering workshops, patterns and fabrics along with BoysSewToo from Brüderful Design (www.bruderfuldesign.com) who will be presenting an exhibition of garments designed and sewn by men.
